Agency, optimism, and exceptional ability.
No one will have experience across the entire stack we are working on, but people need to get it - so the ability to learn matters, and those who can think up and down the stack - by naturally caring about the whole problem. This also requires a very high degree of technical ability.
Speed matters, the market is rocketing - our people are the kind that do not wait to be told what to do. People that don't look for instructions and operate with high agency.
Scale matters in our market. The company will rocket towards the ground, at an accelerating rate - hopefully! Our people had better be optimistic.
Finally, we want to want to work with you. So we're avoiding high ego people.
